European Road Removals

When transporting your home effects across the European continent by road (including Russia and eastern block countries) we have two service levels available as follows:

1. Express delivery.

Quite simply, we load your goods and transport immediately to the destination country (delivery times subject to driving laws governing heavy goods vehicles).

2. Part load groupage delivery.

If you are flexible with delivery dates it enables full truck load co-ordination to the destination country. This is an excellent low cost and eco-friendly transport solution but does require flexibility from you regarding delivery dates and timings. Removals by road within the European Union member states have no customs border controls so paperwork is minimal. Removals outside EU member states (i.e. Russia, Switzerland, Norway etc.) will require completion of customs papers and this is something Kelly's will help you with. As with any house removal, the vehicle access at destination is a critical issue and any expected parking restrictions should be reported at the quotation stage. Many of the trucks transiting Europe can be 17mtrs long so access roads and parking must be of sufficient size to accomodate such a vehicle. In situations where there are vehicle access limitations for large trucks we can arrange transhipment of your goods via smaller vehicles.
