Our workforce can be broadly defined into three groups as follows:

Operative (packers, drivers, warehouse handlers, transport and logistics management)
Surveyors (visiting clients, assessing work, preparing detailed quotes)
Co-ordinators (managing client removal processes, including import & export, invoicing, liaising with all parties during shipping) 
The work can be very complex at times and therefore the depth of knowledge required by all of the above three groups can be quite daunting at first. It typically takes 5 years to really learn the trade which is why our employees tend to stay with us for a long time. You never stop learning in this industry, your mind is always active.
