FAIM (FIDI Accredited International Mover)

Kelly's are a FAIM certified mover.  In addition to asking customers to measure our performance we also invite inspections from 3rd party organisations. One of the most demanding inspection routines comes from the certification process provided by the organisation called FIDI (International Federation of International Movers).

FIDI's FAIM accreditation is unique, it is the only quality standard for the international moving industry developed in conjunction with one of the world's leading management consultants. Every FAIM certified company has to undergo an on-site compliance procedure by an independent management consultant from outside its own country. The on site compliance procedure covers many aspects of our business including: Financial security and stability, facilities, equipment and materials, staff knowledge, quality of management, documentation, insurance and risk management, legal compliance and customer feedback.

FAIM certification has been awarded to just over 500 moving companies in over 100 countries around the world resulting in a global network of quality certified international moving companies. Recognition of the value of the process has led to a situation whereby the FAIM quality standard is now being demanded by many government and corporate buyers as a pre-requisite to tender.
