We open ourselves to third party inspections and have achieved the following accreditations and memberships to further strengthen our service platform:

UniGroupWorldwide UTS.

This is a global alliance of the world's best independent overseas moving specialists with a geographical spread that is unique in the industry. Entry into the organisation is only considered following strict financial and quality audits and Kelly's are proud to be a shareholding agent. The organisation constantly monitors the quality of its agents and performs regular site inspections. All UniGroupUTS members must pass the group ISO certification process. Wherever possible we will use the services of our fellow UniGroupUTS agents to ensure you, the customer receives the same quality service across the world.

FIDI - FAIM Certified

We are members of FIDI (Federation of International Furniture Removers). This trade federation has a most rigorous membership qualification programme known as FAIM that benchmarks our company against movers from all over the world. Kelly's pass these examinations with an exceptionally high pass rates. If we are unable to use the services of a UniGroupUTS company then a FIDI FAIM certified agent would be used.

British Association of Removers (BAR - Overseas Group Member)

This UK national trade organisation regularly inspects our facilities, equipment and training programmes to ensure we comply with minimum standards.

ADVANCE PAYMENT GUARENTEE

Within the BAR we are categorised as a 'Bonded Overseas Group' member. This elite group must make additional contributions to a scheme known as IMMI that offers protection to clients for advance payments of overseas moves should any of its members cease trading.

We are holders of this internationally recognised certificate that requires our quality management processes to be physically audited on a regular basis.
